Chicken breast marinated with coconut milk, ginger, green thai paste, lime and chilli, served with wild rice and an oriental style salad dressed with roasted sesame oil, rice wine vinegar and soy sauce

Fillet of salmon seared with cajun spices, served on a bed of rocket and watercress bound with a grain mustard, rice wine vinegar & chopped egg dressing, scattered with sauteed potatoes and smoked bacon lardons

Paella rice cooked with calamari, shrimps, cat fish, chicken, chorizo sausage and peppers, flavoured with saffron

Omelette Confit de Canard
Omelette of duck leg confit, potato, smoked streaky bacon & shallots, served with Salade Francs and a Pyrenean roasted vegetable sauce

Pates d'Asperge
Fresh Tagliatelle pasta cooked with Asparagus, pimento peppers, Parmesan and a horseradish cream, served with Francs salad

Aloyau de Boeuf et Frite £4.90 Supplement
8oz rib-eye steak, cooked to degree, with Francs Frites, vegetables and a creamy, cracked peppercorn sauce
