Warmed Chavignol goat's cheese on a tapenade crouton, nestled on a salad of avocado, walnuts, plum tomato and dressed French leaves

6-7oz fillet steak, cooked to degree, served on a potato rosti, garnished with shallots with a port wine sauce

Chicken breast stuffed with a wild mushroom farce, steamed, served with Tagliatelle pasta, red cabbage and a mushroom sauce

Risotto Courge Musque
Arborio rice risotto cooked with Butternut squash and Pak Choi, crowned with a soft poached and Parmesan tuille
