Melon, avocado, walnuts, plum tomato and St. Agur cheese on a bed of French salad leaves, dressed with our house dressing and avocado oil

Confit de Canard
Slow roasted duck leg confit served on Du Puys lentils with a game jus

Steamed seabass fillets with a tarragon beurre blanc, served with an olive & tomato concasse and minted new potatoes

Contre Filet De Boeuf Roti
Sirloin of beef, roasted to medium, served with bubble & squeak, a scattering of Parmentier potatoes and a shallot confit and a port wine sauce

Noisettine
Filo pastry filled with nut meat, a duxelle of mushrooms and cream cheese, served with a Leek Ragout, bubble & squeak and Parmentier potatoes.

All served with a panache of vegetables
